A staff-and-sales dashboard for my dad’s Thai restaurant chain in Tokyo. The problem is pure Tokyo weather: rain fills the underground store, sun fills the street-level one — and staffing never moved with it. Now managers flag tomorrow’s shortages in thirty seconds, stores lend staff to each other, and register data replaces gut feel. Volunteer family work: every feature ships to three real stores the same week it’s written.
